Competition Terms and Conditions – The Ovako–Ståhl Challenge
- General The competition is organized by Ovako AB. By entering the competition, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
- Who can participate? The competition is open to Ovako employees who are at least 18 years old and employed at one of Ovako’s business units.
- The competition challenge To enter the competition, submit a challenge of your choice using the upload form on your personal competition page. The challenge may be submitted as a video or in writing and can be carried out in either of two ways:
- A personal challenge where you upload a video of yourself performing something that you would like to see Daniel Ståhl perform just as well or better.
- A challenging task that you would like Daniel Ståhl to perform, without performing anything yourself.
- Selection and judging The winners will be selected personally by Daniel Ståhl. Daniel reserves the right to decline any challenges that may involve a health risk, impair his competitive performance, or otherwise limit his ability to train or compete. Daniel’s decision is final and cannot be appealed.
- Prizes Three winners will receive two tickets each to the Finnkampen Helsinki on August 29–30. Ovako will cover expences for travel and hotel accommodation for two people, round trip from the winner’s home town. Any prize tax is to be paid by the winner. Ovako accepts no responsibility for any tax consequences that may arise in connection with the prize. It is the winner’s responsibility to declare the prize in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
- Intellectual property rights By entering the competition, you confirm that you are the creator of the submitted entry and that you have obtained the necessary approvals from any other people who may appear in the image or video.
- Personal data Finalists and winning entries in The Ovako–Ståhl Challenge will be published in Ovako’s own channels. In order to receive the prize, the winner may need to provide personal data, including a personal identity number, for the purpose of handling any prize tax. Personal data collected in connection with the competition will be used solely for administration of the competition and will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). After the competition has ended, the data will be deleted unless otherwise required by law.
- Limitation of liability The organizer is not responsible for technical problems, errors in mailings, or other events beyond the organizer’s control that may affect the competition. The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
- Publication of winners The winners will be contacted by email no later than June 9, 2026. All winning competition entries will be published on an ongoing basis in Ovako’s own channels.
